CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

CHIZEL An interval blend of weights, cardio and calisthentics to shape, mold and sweat!!!

CIRCUIT Take a little bit of plyometics, add some cardio moves, turn the stereo LOUD. What you have is an all out one-of-a-kind AGF calorie burning experience!

CIRCUIT 4 LIFE  Don’t have the time to hit one of AGF’s classes-  jump in during any time to our very own dynamically timed -1 minute full body Circuit training workout. This is sure to keep your engine running. Fit for any age or fitness level.

CORE A 30 minute core class designed to chisel your abs.

FIT BOX Mixture of martial arts and cardio moves for a great burn!

H.I.I.T. DRILL Complete full body workout incorporating 2-Minute Station work. 2 Minute Drill is designed to increase muscle and endurance while keeping your heart rate elevated.

KETTLENETICS  is an exercise routine developed by Michelle Khai which uses kettle bells to achieve fitness, toning and weight loss with great results. A fitness program that uses kettlebell weights with dance movements to workout.

MAT PILATES Strengthens the muscles that support the spine (the neck, shoulders, abs, hips and thighs) to bring balance into the body. Most body aches and pains are due to muscular imbalance. Pilates helps to realign the spine in order to decrease tension, increase flexibility, and strengthen the body from the inside out.

P90X / INSANITY HYBRID This is high intensity at it's best- but don't turn away ALL levels welcomed. Sweat, sweat and more sweat- you'll be feeling this in the morning!

SCULPT Tone and sculpt from you feet to your shoulders. This hour uses strength technique to its max.

STEP Total body sculpting interspersed with bouts of cardio on the step. No need for rhythm...these step moves just get the heart rate to burn some major calories.

YOGA A vigorous vinyasa style yoga class sun salutations, balance and core work concluding with a guided relaxation come prepared to sweat and release. All levels welcomed.

ZUMBA A fusion of cardio, hip hop, salsa and aerobics
